Channel Guide[]
Channel 20 is where "Gotta Love Specter!" / "Cos' You Love It! Specter TV" is filmed.
Description[]
NTSC-U/C: This program is dedicated to all mankind... If it doesn't make you laugh, it ain't TV! Specter TV is everything AND the kitchen sink. What you'll see on your sets is almost unbroadcastable![1]
PAL: What good is a TV programme that doesn't make you laugh? Specter TV delivers enough one-liners and borderline riské jokes to entertain all of humankind until the end of the earth![2]
Appearance[]
The inside of SARU-003 is large and blue, similar to Tomoki City's color scheme. You can see Space Tomoki Mk parked outside through the windows. After an elevator ride, the main area is revealed. It has four smaller levels inside of it, one filming the Earth after man, one filming underwater life, one filming disaster movies, and one filming space battles. After clearing all the smaller stages and another elevator ride, the player draws nearer and nearer to Specter who is guarded by a long series of automated boobytraps.

Trivia[]
- Space-TV Fortress has the most monkeys out of all main series levels, with 43 total monkeys to catch.
- The soundtrack is a remix of Gustav Holtz's Mars - The Bringer of War.
- Multiple references are made in the studio sets.
- The Statue of Liberty with the kneeling ape is a reference to Planet of the Apes.
- The Galaxy Monkey set, while referencing the Ape Escape 1 minigame Galaxy Monkey, is also a huge homage to Star Wars.
- The giant lizard monkey Gam Gam is a reference to Godzilla.
- "The Ape Team" from the PAL version is likely a reference to The A-Team.
- Through the use of a secret code, you can find an ape dressed as Ratchet from the Ratchet and Clank games. He is equipped with the R.Y.N.O. and wears Clank in the Thruster-Pack configuration. Ape Ratchet is only available in the PAL and Japan releases.
- A monkey based on Ratchet would later appear in Saru Get You: Pipo Saru Racer with his own racing vehicle, and again in PlayStation Move: Ape Escape on the level Asian Town.
- The European English Monkepaedia for this level reuses backgrounds from the North American version. This can be seen in the text on the TV screens behind many of the monkeys. So for instance, the program "36 Metres Under the Sea" instead reads "36 Meters to the Bottom of the Sea", "Galaxy Monkey" uses the North American font, "The Ape Team" instead reads "Special Assault Force Team SARU", etc. [8]
